This is a smaller, more accessible take on Bag End compared with the large Bag End on the Hill environment ($1,199, limited to 1,021, sold out). It focuses on the iconic front façade—round green door, round windows, overgrown garden, and a warm interior glow—rather than the full hill with tree, back door, and interiors.

Wētā describes it as capturing “lazy comfort”: slightly overgrown gardens, rustic details, and candlelit windows. Images on the site are of a pre-production prototype.

Open edition means they can keep making it, but Wētā notes they may stop production later and recommends ordering early.
