The HORI Electric OCARINA OF TIME is a licensed electronic replica of Link’s ocarina, built specifically for the The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time remake on Nintendo Switch 2.

It is not a controller and not a real wind instrument. You press the finger-hole buttons instead of blowing into it. The Switch 2’s microphone picks up the sound and triggers the matching in-game song/action.

Nintendo is also selling a real playable acoustic ocarina (separate product, Nintendo Store exclusive). The HORI version is the easier electronic one if you don’t want to actually learn the instrument.
