Avengers: Age of Ultron Black Widow Artisan Edition Hot Toys

Hot Toys just revealed the Avengers: Age of Ultron Black Widow Artisan Edition (MMS925AE), a 1/6 Hot Toys Exclusive of Scarlett Johansson’s Natasha from the 2015 film.

Headline features

• Artisan rooted wool hair in the mid-length wavy red bob
• Head sculpt with rolling eyeballs
• Tactical suit with USB-C blue LED stripes along the sides and arms (cable not included)
• Red Widow’s Bite gauntlets, tactical belt with emblem buckle, thigh holster, knee pads, soft vinyl platform boots
• ~28 cm / 11″ tall, 28 points of articulation

• Electroshock batons in both extended and retracted states
• Compact dagger that slots into the belt
• Pistol + rifle
• Transparent blue electroshock effects for the gauntlets

This is the AoU “upgraded battle gear” look rather than the Iron Man 2 Artisan they already did—shorter messy-wavy hair, blue light piping, red gauntlets, and the extra rifle/baton loadout. Collector reaction is mixed on whether the body/suit is an upgrade over Winter Soldier / Civil War Widows, but the rooted hair + working LEDs + rolling eyes are the clear selling points for anyone who skipped the original 2015 MMS figure or wants the Artisan treatment on this specific costume.
