Kingdom Come: Deliverance II Royal Edition is confirmed for Nintendo Switch 2 in 2027. Warhorse Studios and Deep Silver announced it during the September 9, 2026 Nintendo Direct.
No exact day is set yet. Retail listings (including Amazon) currently use a placeholder of December 31, 2027.
What’s in the Royal Edition This is the complete package, not a base-game-only port:

On other platforms the base game launched at $69.99 with DLC sold separately. The Switch 2 Royal Edition is listed at $59.99.

The physical version is a Game-Key Card: the cartridge does not contain the full game. You insert it to download and then need the card in the system to play. You can still resell it, unlike a pure digital code.
The original Kingdom Come: Deliverance is already on Switch and is backward compatible on Switch 2, so both games can live on the same system.
Pre-orders are live at Amazon and some other retailers. Digital will also be on the eShop when it launches.
