Story & Gameplay Overview
You play as Elise, an ambitious young woman in the village of Kieferberg who dreams of escaping her humble life by getting rich. She discovers a pair of enchanted red shoes that lead her into the mysterious, dangerous Woods at night. By day, you build relationships with villagers (including romanceable bachelorettes in an all-female cast), do minigames for resources, and manage suspicion to avoid accusations of witchcraft. By night, it shifts to survival, exploration, puzzles, encounters with deadly foes, and resource management (hunger, health, sanity) in a phantasmagorical woodland realm. There are 10 possible endings based on your decisions.
