It is based on Aragorn (Strider) from The Fellowship of the Ring, officially licensed, and produced by INART (associated with Queen Studios). The Premium/Deluxe version features a rooted-hair head sculpt with movable (rolling) eyes; the Standard version uses a sculpted-hair head.
