What’s in the set
It recreates the original gray PS1 console plus the first-generation controller (no analog sticks). The controller plugs into the front of the console. The Power and Open buttons are functional.
Inside are two pull-out dioramas that can stay hidden or be displayed separately:

• Gran Turismo (1997) — mini track with tiny cars (Autumn Ring-style layout)
• Ape Escape (1999) — scene with the iconic red or blue monkey helmet

The lid opens so you can see the interior detailing.

This sits in the same adult display-console line as the NES, Atari 2600, and Game Boy sets. Building time is estimated around 4–5 hours. A rumored Astro Bot gift-with-purchase (set 40899) circulated before the official reveal but has not been confirmed on the LEGO product page yet.
